01. Management Trainee Program

Our management trainee programme is a 24 month journey with hands on experience across key functions that enables you to be an active part of our day to day operations. The programme has been designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience with one-on-one mentoring from senior management and industry experts, diverse training opportunities, rotations across key disciplines and a fulfilling work environment. Our management trainees are given every opportunity to grow and high performers have the opportunity to achieve greater heights in their career with CBL group.

02. Internships

The CBL Group Internship program gives you exposure in a selected functional vertical and the opportunity to get hands on experience as an active member of the team and be mentored by veterans in the industry. 6 month and 1 year internship programmes are available to undergraduates and graduates in Science, HR, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operational Management etc. These internships are geared at giving you well rounded experience and a great platform to develop your professional and team building skills.
